1. About the App

Polish B1 Exam Practice is an educational app designed to help users prepare for the Polish language exam at B1 level through practice tasks, exam simulations, score tracking, and progress review.

The app is a preparation tool only. It is not an official government service, state examination authority, or certified exam center. Use of the app does not guarantee that you will pass any exam.

2. Eligibility

You may use the app only if you are legally able to enter into these Terms. If you are under the age required to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, you may use the app only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Free and Paid Features

Some content and functionality are available for free, including selected tasks and one trial exam.

Access to additional content and features may require an auto-renewable subscription purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system.

4. Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription:

• payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• you can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings after purchase
• any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable
• eligible prior purchases may be restored using the Restore Purchases feature

Pricing and subscription terms shown in the app or on the App Store product page form part of these Terms.

Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies. We do not process subscription payments directly.

5. Apple Terms

If you use the app on an Apple device, your use of the app may also be subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement:

If there is any conflict between these Terms and mandatory terms imposed by Apple for iOS app distribution, the applicable Apple terms will prevail to the extent required.

6. No Account Registration

The app does not require account creation or login to use its core functionality.

7. Study Data and Local Storage

Exam-related study data, such as your task results, exam history, selected exam date, and reminder settings, may be stored locally on your device to provide app functionality.

You are responsible for your own device backups and settings. Deleting the app or clearing app data may remove locally stored information.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• copy, reproduce, republish, sell, or distribute the app content except as permitted by law
• attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the app
• use the app in a way that violates any applicable law or third-party rights
• misrepresent the app as an official exam authority or official exam result source

9. Intellectual Property

The app, including its content, design, text, structure, branding, and original materials, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial educational purposes in accordance with these Terms.

10. Availability and Updates

We may update, improve, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time.

We may add, modify, delay, or remove features and content. Any references to upcoming or planned features are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee availability on any specific date.

11. Disclaimer

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that:

• the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available
• the content will always be complete or suitable for every user or exam scenario
• using the app will result in passing any exam or achieving any specific score

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or exam-related outcomes arising from or related to the use of the app.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, it will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

13. Suspension and Discontinuation

We may limit, suspend, modify, or discontinue all or part of the app where reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, legal reasons, security, or misuse.

You may stop using the app at any time.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
