1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Polish B1 mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Polish B1 provides language learning tools, lessons, practice tests, and related educational content designed to help users prepare for the Polish B1 language exam. The content is provided for educational purposes only and does not guarantee exam results.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as necessary.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features of the App require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles are presented at the time of purchase. All payments are processed through the app store platform (Apple App Store or Google Play).
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage your subscription through your app store account settings.
5. Intellectual Property
All content in the App — including text, graphics, logos, audio, video, and software — is the property of Polish B1 or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use automated tools to access the App
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We do not guarantee that use of the App will result in passing the Polish B1 exam or achieving any particular level of language proficiency.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Polish B1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Poland.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
